PhD candidate from 2021 to 2022
Matteo Gianotti is a PhD researcher working on urbanization in developing countries. He studied architecture and urban planning at Politecnico di Torino, Università IUAV di Venezia and Chalmers University of Technology (Gothenburg). His Master’s thesis focused on urban development strategies in response to climate change. He worked in the Urban Planning Unit at UN-Habitat (Nairobi) and with Subhash Mukerjee architectural design studio (Turin).
