This research was developed in implementation of the agreement of 17 June 2019 for the creation of a project on urban development and regeneration signed between the Lombardy Region – Directorate-General for Territory and Civil Protection – and ANCI Lombardia. ANCI Lombardia availed itself of the scientific partnership of the FULL – Future Urban Legacy Lab Interdepartmental Centre of the Polytechnic University of Turin, the Lombardy Foundation for the Environment and AUDIS – Association of Abandoned Urban Areas.
