Lorenzo Murru

Lorenzo Murru is an architect. He studied between Politecnico di Torino, University of Tokyo and Columbia University in the City of New York. He graduated in 2020 with a master’s thesis titled Smallness. 1+11 Contemporary Urban Dwelling Stories, noted with “dignity of press”. In this latter, he researched the micro-apartments phenomenon in great urban areas.
He has worked as an architectural designer in several firms in Turin. Alongside the architect profession, he is now carrying on research activities with FULL, focusing on the school buildings and the possibility to unlock the unexpressed potential of their spaces. In his spare time, he pursues his passion for swimming and sports competitions
