Andrea holds a PhD from the Institute of Culture and Society, Western Sydney University, where he contributed to several research projects\u2014most recently,<a href=\"https:\/\/antarctic-cities.org\/\">\u00a0Antarctic Cities and the Global Commons<\/a>.
