Abstract<\/strong><\/p>\n

La citt\u00e0 contemporanea presenta una molteplicit\u00e0 di forme d\u2019abitazione temporanea. L\u2019obiettivo di questa ricerca \u00e8 quello di ricostruire le origini e le specificit\u00e0 architettoniche della casa costruita e pensata per l\u2019affitto. Da un lato l\u2019hotel e la stanza progettata su principi antropometrici, dall\u2019altro lato l\u2019unit\u00e0 abitativa normata dagli standard.
\nCome rendere flessibile e sostenibile l\u2019accesso alla casa in locazione in base alle esigenze della domanda?
\nSi pu\u00f2 immaginare uno standard basato sulla qualit\u00e0 dell\u2019abitare, che superi il parametro univoco del costo al metro quadro?<\/p>\n

Matteo Robiglio<\/strong> will present the research by FULL – the Future Urban Legacy Lab “Beyond Property Living”<\/strong> as part of the conference “Una casa da vivere. Offerte innovative per nuovi modi di abitare”<\/strong>, to be held in Rome<\/strong> on 18th October<\/strong>. The event is organised by the Banca d’Italia, and Sidief S.p.a.<\/a><\/u>, who provided the funding for this research.<\/em><\/p>\n

The contemporary city presents a multiplicity of forms of temporary dwelling. This research aims to reconstruct the origins and the architectural specificity of dwellings built and designed for renting. On one hand, the hotel and the room designed on anthropometric principles. On the other side, the housing unit regulated by standards.<\/em><\/p>\n

How to make access to the rented house flexible and sustainable based on the demand?<\/em><\/p>\n

Can you imagine a standard based on the quality of living, which exceeds the exclusive parameter of costs per square meter?<\/em><\/p>\n
