From the <em>Water Sensitive City<\/em> to the individual resident\u2019s psychological perception of risk,<br\/>via infrastructure failures at neighbourhood level. Drawing on experiences from Europe and Latin<br\/>America, the seminar will discuss the spread of water-sensitive practices, resilience in river areas and the<br\/>design of spaces for rainwater in areas prone to flooding.<br\/><br\/><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Book launch<\/strong><br\/>The book <em>Drought: Thresholds and Escape Routes in the Fight Against Climate Change in China<\/em> by Andrea E.
