Paolo Mellano, architect, is full professor of Architectural and Urban Composition at the Department of Architecture and Design of the Polytechnic University of Turin, which he directed from 2015 to 2024. He teaches on the Master’s Degree Courses in Architecture and the PhD programme in ‘Architecture. History and Design’, coordinates research funded by public and private bodies, and organises exhibitions, conferences, workshops and design seminars. From 1989 to 2013, he worked with Flavio Bruna (Bruna & Mellano architetti associati); together they participated in numerous architecture competitions, winning awards and honourable mentions; they were invited to architecture exhibitions and conferences; their work has been published in leading magazines in Italy and abroad.
Ha has been part of the steering committee of FULL until 2024.
